This applet is a general tool for the histogram tool for visualizing data. It features an interaction -- clicking on a histogram bar highlights those data elements counted in that "bin" -- that illustrates how histograms are made. Since the data input is in the form of a comma delimited list, it is fairly easy to copy and paste numbers from common data sources.
